Receiving Delivery Process:
On delivery of goods it is important that you assess all packaging to confirm there has been no damage during transit. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email if you have any concerns. This is a DIY Garden Structure delivered in a well packaged and as a kit format.
Larger items will arrive in 1 or more boxes containing all parts with an accompanying parts list. An enclosed detailed instruction manual is included as well as QR Codes leading back to the manufacturers website offering further advice and support on assembly and maintenance.
Please notify us immediately or a min within 48 hours of delivery by email if you appear to be missing and/or have detected a faulty part. We endeavour to replace any missing/damaged parts within 2 weeks of notification but this may take longer depending on factors outside our control.
Coverz.ie cannot be held responsible if arrangements have been made with external parties to build your structure before confirming all parts are present.

Returns Policy
Goods that arrive damaged should not be accepted and reported to info@coverz.ie with accompanying photos and report.
When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return goods (other than customized or made to order products, as per EU Law) up to 14 days after receiving your order, This is the cooling off period.
If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery costs). Any breakages / damages / shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
